Looking for healthy clean living roomie

Hi internet world!
Our household is looking for a roommate to occupy a large room in a large house near El Dorado park. We are 3 bartenders who work weekends and nights, we are the select few bartenders who don't party hardy hardy.
Our ideal roomie is some one with steady income, usually meaning steady job so you are actively working/ have an idea of your schedule. If you are a full time student you must show how you are paying for rent and utilities. Ideally you like to help clean house and your own room + the shared bathroom you and 1 other person will share. We are an eco conscious household recycling everything from cardboard to batteries to plastic bags to electronics. We all generally like to hang out once in a while and would like to get to know you. We want to support one another and make living together as nice as possible. We don't want an island, but we do appreciate privacy.
Our house has 1 dog, a German shepherd pit bull love bug mix. She's friendly but we do not want another dog in the house.
We also have 1 cat, he's a shy guy and takes a while to warm up to new people. We would consider a cat moving in. However, you must have a recent copy of a negative feline leukemia test and records of the vaccination against it with plans to renew vaccines every year. We also require all feline shots are up to date.
The house is a 3 bedroom single story with backyard 1950s track home. A couple rents the master bedroom, and a gentleman rents the room next to the vacant room. There are 2 living rooms, one adjoining the dining room. The kitchen is nice IKEA, garage has a washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking in a safe neighborhood. Close to the 405 and 605, LBCC and CSU LB.
We are NOT A PARTY HOUSE, just nice low key people looking for some nice low key person who wants to come home from work or school and do their own thing, or relax in a non chaotic environment. We have the place furnished and can allow some new furniture but not a whole apartment or house worth of furniture. There's so much more to say but it would be nice to talk in person.
