Large Room, Big House

Hello- We have a 3 bedroom house by El Dorado park and are looking to rent out one of the rooms. The house has 2 living rooms, a fire place, beautiful patio, Ac/heat, Washer and Dryer, Garage with Gym equipment, plenty of parking, 5-7 mins from the beach, large kitchen with 2 ovens, 15 mins from DTLB, 25-30 mins to DTLA, and 1-2 mins from 405/605. Neighborhood is safe, clean, quiet and located next to a huge beautiful park.

The room itself is large, carpeted, has fan and Ac/Heat and a large closet. The three of us consist of 1 couple living in the master bedroom and a third male that you would be sharing the bathroom with. We are all bartenders working at the same restaurant. When we are not working we like to work on school work, exercise, Disney, ride bikes and work on sewing projects among many other things. We are all fairly quiet and relaxed, and live well together. The neighborhood is family oriented, so we do not have parties that go late into the night. Preferred socialization at the home is BBQs.

We are looking for someone who, more or less, handles theirself. Pay your rent, clean your dishes, be mindful of those around you. We all take care of chores without any issue. We enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and the right fit will enrich that environment. Drink/Smoke/Have a few people over but be respectful. Must be ok with 1 friendly dog and a cat.

Will consider 1 cat. Utilities are split between all housemates. Couples considered as well.
