Looking for a roommate as our last roommate left to move in with his girlfriend.

- This is an Upstairs Room with Lots of Space, Plenty of Privacy in a Corner House. The house is an older House with front and backyard. with lots of Space.


-must be ok with Cannabis
-Must be ok with window AC
_Must BE Ok with Dogs.

-Washer and Dryer Included,
-Grill outside that is free to use as well
-2 Fridges so plenty of space for all foods
-Utilities And Internet are shared Cost.
-Backyard space for parties and get together(Curently fixing up to have a BBQ area)
-Plenty of street Parking, don?t have to worry about parking
-No Garage
- 1.5 bathrooms Shared (going to have an outside restroom soon as well for when entertaining.

Great Old house, not perfect but lots of space and good neighborhood .

The Upstairs room also has its own living area, so not only the room, walk in Closet but also plenty of space for your couch and other items.

- Shared 1 Bathroom and 1/2 Bathroom, Outside will also have bathroom near Garage.

- We have a Male Husky Dog thats 3 years old and need to be ok with Him. If you have dog it will be ok as long as the dogs are ok with each other.

- Old style home, and still fixing up few things, as the landlord is not too attentive so must be ok with helping around the house when things get damaged. But Pretty Good at the moment as Me and My Roommate and Business Partner are handymen.

-Must help in the Chores, and be able to wash their dishes and not let them pile up in a sink. We are not clean freaks but we like to keep the common areas clean.

- Looking for someone with similar understanding Is Hardworking and has a steady income.

-We run our own business out of the house and have products around. Must be understanding of the business.

-The Upstairs room also has its own living area, so not only the room, walk in Closet but also plenty of space for your couch and other items.

-We are also Artist are Heart and anyone that is an artist type will be greatly welcomed as well but not necessary.

Theres stuff in the room from the roommate still. Room will be cleaned out before moving in.
