Your bedroom overlooks Long Beach out to the ocean and Queen Mary w/direct access to the balcony for 180-degree from OC to PV. The bedroom has its own private bath with shower, granite counter-top sink, and large closet for extra storage. There's an extra storage in closet by the front door and storage in garage. Living and dinning area is furnished and there are basic kitchen supplies. Kitchen has newer appliances, including a dishwasher. Laundry in unit. There's tandem parking as well as plenty of street parking. You'll be living in an upscale, quiet building. Looking for a considerate, clean, working professional to enjoy a nice place to call home.
