VERY newly renovated studio apt. in Long Beach, CA available. I have only lived in this apt. for about two months but just got a job transfer so I have to sadly move out. Just a couple blocks from Pine ave.. very much so walking distance! 3 miles from Rosies dog beach and located in a very nice and safe part of town! Plenty of parking too, never had a problem finding parking feet from the complex. No one above or below you either, single story buildings! Property management is extremly nice and super helpful! I absolutely LOVED living here and I am so sad I have to leave so soon. All utilies inlcuded in rent besides electric. Mailbox inside of gate as well. FLEXIBLE MOVE IN DATE!! 1495 a month!
