Hello my name is Leslie and I am the owner of this beautiful 3 bedroom house located in Long Beach, ca. I am currently looking for two female roommates who matches the criteria I am looking for. I am a VERY CLEAN individual and I want my future roommates to be the same. You must be Clean, Respectful, and Courteous of others and their space. This bedroom is $1,000 per month which is due on the 1st of every month and there is also a security deposit of $1,000. I am looking for someone who wants to call this place their home and who can respect the house , roommates, and the common areas. This is an all female household so couples are not allowed. The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms you will have to furnish yourself, and also share a bathroom with whomever the other individual is. Utilities are included in the rent. If you think you are a good fit for our home please contact me we are looking to move someone in by September 1ST, please keep in mind this is a year lease so if you sign the lease you are commuting to ONE YEAR.
