Need a roommate for a year!

In search of a female roommate!

It?s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath smoke-free apartment in Long Beach. Its on the third floor and there are multiple doors to the building with locks, it is very safe. It?s a 5 min drive from the beach or a 30 min walk. Street parking is available. There is are buses available in and around downtown LB if you don?t have a car.

Rent would be $837.50 for you, plus ultilies (less than $50, depends on the month). It?s a new lease for a year, and needs to be signed before April 20th, so there is an application fee and security deposit. I need to find a roommate ASAP so that I can keep the place.

I?m a flight attendant and not often home; I would like a neat and quiet roommate as I often sleep at odd hours. Friends over is fine, just don?t want someone wants to party all the time.

Upfront costs would be first months rent, security deposit and application fee.

Items pictured are not included, it would be an empty room.
