$1450 for a room w/ private entrance in DTLB

Late 30's professional male looking for the perfect roommate. Huge two-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1,776 sq ft loft condo with hardwood floors, granite counters, and a jacuzzi tub. Full size, in-unit laundry (washer/dryer), Central AC, and large balcony overlooking 4th street and DTLB. You will have your own room (approx 300 sq ft) with a private entrance and a HUGE closet. You have mountain views and city lights from your 4th floor window. Your room will easily fit additional furniture like a desk, a bike, plants etc. Master bathroom would be shared but there are his/hers sinks and separate storage and there is an additional powder room on the first floor. This unit comes with your own gated, underground parking spot. Room comes furnished, but you can remove what you do not need. I have a queen size bed frame with a barely-used mattress, plus two bedside tables and some mirrors, a 32" TV, desk with desk lamp. Rest of unit common areas is fully-furnished by ZGallerie, CB2 and Restoration Hardware. If you have furniture already, let me know what you have and certain things can be negotiated (like a nice big couch and coffee table). Month-to-month lease. No pets, please.

Building is in the center of everything - next to a grocery store, coffee shops, dry cleaning, CVS, shopping and several fast food, is 1/2 block from the Metro Blue Line, 3 blocks from the bus depot, and there are dozens of local restaurants, bars and shops within 6 blocks of the building (Notably, we are 2 blocks from the Promenade where you have: Table301, The Ordinairie, 123Pho, Beer Belly, Beachwood BBQ, Michael's Pizza, Congregation and the Stave). There is also a small gym in the building with treadmills and bikes as well as free weights if you decide you don't want to visit the several gyms & yoga studios in the area. If you like exploring a place with a big-city feel that is 4 blocks from the ocean, Long Beach is where it's at.

**Unit is available immediately.** Move-in time frame is negotiable. Will run Landlord screening online thru Zillow once application is received with 2 paystubs showing 3x monthly rent in income. (cost is ~$30 to applicant - non-refundable)
Deposit is one month's rent: $1,450.
Total Move-in: $2,900 payable by certified check (if that is a problem, other methods are available.)
*Can negotiate splitting deposit in to two months, once income has been verified. So initial move-in could be as low as $2,175.
*Rent DOES NOT INCLUDE utilities (electricity, gas, 100MB internet) and professional maid service every two weeks.* You should budget $200-$250/mo. I also have streaming LiveTV thru PSVue and have access to Netflix, HULU, AppleTV etc.

After move-in and deposit, rent and utilities can be paid ,monthly via VENMO, ZELLE or ApplePay. (Venmo Preferred.)

My last 2 consecutive roommates were travelling nurses and we are still good friends - they just transferred to other hospitals.
