We would share a nice size restroom. Your half of the rent would be $950 we would split the bills; light, water, and trash (approx $50-$100 month.)
You will have full use of the furnished House, front & large back yard & garage that has both washer & dryer (large capacity,) why go to a laundry mat? You will also have garage storage.
This neighborhood is super quiet & nice. Parking is never a problem since it?s a house & we have a drive way.
