You will be taking my room and living with my current roommate (I'm moving for work). You will also be splitting the utilities with her (most recent bill, internet included, was $45). She is a super awesome working young professional. Looking for a young (FEMALE ONLY) professional or student with a stable source of income, also a nonsmoker (including marijuana).
Washer/dryer not in unit, but is in the building.
Has hardwood floor, granite countertops.
You will need to apply with Realty company directly so you must have good credit and be able to show proof of employment. You will be taking over my portion of the lease, which will end on September 18th, and after which you will have the option of continuing on a month to month basis.
