Looking for a temporary roomate!

Building and area are very safe, walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, and more. Nice view of the LA hills, pretty sunsets from the window. I have a somewhat large living room that has a sofa bed or I have a very comfy mattresses. There is a door separating the living room from the hallway that leads to the bedroom for extra privacy. The walls are also pretty thick so the sound does not carry. I have a nice spacious kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook or whatever :) I have a tv, speakers, an Xbox, and a great movie collection. I'm very quiet, but I love to socialize. I won't have people over since I'm new to the area and don't know many people. I'll mostly be at my part-time job or walking dogs around the neighborhood.
