Private room in Lawndale

Room for rent in 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. The masterbedroom has its own bathroom ( not the available room.) 1 shower shared with 2 housemates.

House has plenty of space, we have 2 full size refrigerators that you'll split with one person. Nice living room and dining area. Upstairs has an outdoor patio, a small backyard. We have 2 friendly cats. Street parking. Great location close to everything you need. Short distance from the 405, the South Bay Galleria, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, the beach.

We are a house of 3 professional males who enjoy quiet, peace and safety. We are in our late 20s to mid 30s. We want someone who is clean, responsible and respectful. We don't want anyone who is caught up in drugs or turning this into a party house. We have simple common sense rules in place for everyone's well being. This room is for single occupancy only. Month to month rent with 30 day notice upon leaving.

We split utilities and which ranges about 50 to 70 each a month and also pay for a house cleaner once a month which is 25 each. Otherwise we try to share basic chores like taking out trash, sweeping etc.

Will update the post with pictures of the room in the days to come as its currently occupied. It will be unfurnished, with the exception of a tall loft bedframe being offered for sale when the occupant leaves.

We can arrange a viewing of the house virtually or in person to serious inquiries. Move in date can be flexible late July to early August.
