THE HOUSE

We have 1 MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM for rent in a 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom HOUSE. Must find housemate ASAP. Located in the Baldwin Hills/Ladera Heights/Culver City area by Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area. Great location with everything you need nearby (parks and trails and everything else)! Lovely suburban neighborhood where people actually wave to each other, with an attached one-car GARAGE and an incredible surplus of street parking (you will never ever have to look for parking for you or friends). Two housemates living within already, and have furnished the house splendidly with everything needed (including a spectacular entertainment area in the living room with all the newest gaming consoles, a library of books, a workout setup, and a mini basketball hoop in the kitchen). Beautiful kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and dishware needed, as well as a full WASHER/DRYER laundry room in the house. The house has a FIREPLACE, majestic wooden floors, an upstairs reading ALCOVE, and a room to house our books and alcohol lovingly named the Peacock Room as there's a huge peacock masterpiece adorning one of the walls. The house also has a wonderful, private, GATED BACKYARD, equipped with an ivy wall for all your selfie needs, an eating area, a dual GRILL, and a LEMON TREE that bears fruit year-round. Rent is $1750 a month. Utilities are shared between the members of the house, and come up to about $50 - 80 a month for water, gas, electricity, and internet (depending on the month).

THE ROOM

The room is SPACIOUS and about the size of a small studio, with approximately 450 sq ft of space for all your dancing needs. The most noteworthy aspect of the bedroom is most likely all of the CLOSET and STORAGE SPACE, boasting a huge L-shaped connected closet, a long row of upper cabinets, and two more separate, very large closets on the opposite side of the room, so rest assure, you will not run out of room for your factory of clothes (if for some reason you need even more storage space, just outside your bedroom, there are a few hallway closets that are open and clear for you to use as well). The room has RECESSED LIGHTING, plenty of window light, and also features a well-lit ALCOVE, perfect for your desk, a work area to build large Lego skyscrapers, or to house your mountains of vinyls stacked to the ceiling. Along with all that, there is the MASTER BATHROOM, which includes a large shower that is SEPARATED from the bathtub (typically they're combined), and DUAL SINKS.

THE HOUSEMATES

Fun-loving, well-humored, cultured folk who cook and clean. One mobile game designer who also heads his own production company, working on feature films, music, photoshoots, graphic design, and events (bedroom and closets stacked with musical instruments, artwork, and cameras). One emergency room RN who works nights and unwinds either with wine or getting her fitness on at the Culver City stairs or LA Fitness. We are considerately clean, tidy, and have good hygiene. The kitchen is used frequently, as we cook, but we are no strangers to delivery as well. The house has a small pull-up/dip/push-up gym (see photo), medicine ball, Yoga ball, and some free weights. We are lovers of movies and have an incredible movie collection of almost 2000 flicks. We are lovers of music and art and everything else as well. We are genuine folk, with kind hearts, who can spend a good amount of time in their rooms, but at the same time who love to throw BBQs in the summer and game/movie nights with friends.

THE NEW HOUSEMATE(S) (YOU)

Also a fun-loving, well-humored, responsible person with stable income and financially reliable. Must also be clean and courteous as well. Dogs are welcome (cats also but may need to keep to the bedroom due to allergies - please inquire about other pets). Completely open to a COUPLE moving in also, as long as both fit the criteria!
