- don’t worry about parking- we have secure garage parking included in rent.
- walking distance to Vermont/Wilshire metro, supermarkets, target and restaurants
- move in date Is flexible)
- rent is $1200+shared utilities (electricity and WiFi/cable). If you don’t need parking, discounted to $1150/month plus shared utilities
- security deposit $1000
- application fee payable to apartment management is $50
- room is unfurnished but the common areas are furnished. The apartment is large and has space to incorporate your furniture.
- no couples, no pets and no smoking (sorry)
