Private Room Near LAX

Hi! We have a private room with a private bathroom that will be available February 1st for short term lease (3 months with possible option to extend up to 1 year). It's the gray and white room pictured.

The Apartment
The unit is a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome located in Inglewood, but right across the street it is Culver City so technically we are in between the two cities, it is also nearby SoFi Stadium, LAX and SpaceX (all between 10-15 minutes drive). It is two stories (bedrooms upstairs and downstairs is a shared space, kitchen, dining area, and living room).

There is washer/dryer in unit, individual ac unit in the private rooms, and covered/gated parking available. All common spaces and your room are furnished so all you’d have to worry about bringing is yourself, plus anything for your room/bathroom 🙂

The neighborhood is cute, pretty residential. There are grocery stores and restaurants walking distance away. Utilities will all be included in the rent.

The Room
Your room is the gray and white room and has a private bathroom and would be furnished as pictured with TV / work area. Storage is a mirrored closet and under bed drawers,

The other room is occupied by a male professional who works in the tech/sports industry who works daily outside the house. The downstairs is a common area (living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, etc.)

Us
We will not be living here until May 1st. We are, like a lot of people on here, a working professional in our early 30s. I moved to LA 10+ years ago from Malaysia. My wife is originally from OC. When we are not working, we enjoy reading, spending time with family, cooking, being in nature, and watch documentaries! We also keep the shared areas clean and tend to work and keep pretty quiet during the week so we hope to keep the energy similar for our housemate.

Ideally looking for male or female in his/her late 20s or 30s but am super open (non-smoking, we are all non-smokers) 🙂 Would like to find another person who is clean, quiet, respectful and laid back. But in general, it is a pretty easygoing place to come home to and I would love to hear from you!
