I would be looking for an immediate transfer of the lease between now and May. The property is 3 years old located just south of LAX airport; Bell South Bay has all the amenities that you could need. Surprisingly there is no sound from the airport at all! Spacious room, with private bathroom. Large living room and kitchen with plenty of natural light. Hard wood floor in common areas with carpet in the bedrooms; AC throughout the apartment, double pane doors and windows. Non furnished bedroom / furnished living room and kitchen. Option to purchase existing bedroom set upon further inquiries. Kitchen has all new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
