Starbucks and Randy?s Donuts walking distance. Room comes with 1 parking spot.

Utilities not included, usually about another $50 or less.

I work in digital media and am working most of the time. If not, I spend a lot of time watching movies/tv and playing video games in my room. I?m very laid back and clean.
