Rent is $1458/month + utilities (about $50 per month + electric every 2 months). $300 security deposit. Ideal Feb. 1st move in but if sooner move in date needed, I can be flexible. Current lease ends 7/31/21 with option to renew. Bedroom comes unfurnished.
