My fianc? and I are currently renting a two bedroom apartment and we are looking for someone who could fill in the other room. We are in mid 20's and I could say we are very easy to get along with! We are looking young professional male (preferably), responsible, clean & neat, with stable work and especially knows how to respect his/her roommate! We are not strict if you have some visitors once in a while but strictly no parties since it is a very quiet neighborhood.

The apartment has everything you need:
2 private rooms with one and a half bath
Kitchen with pans (feel free to cook)
Living Room (with sofa bed & shared refrigerator)
Your own parking space
Laundry on-site (coin laundry)
Super close to grocery and other shopping center!
Brand Bew blinds and Flooring

The rent is $1,000 with electricity, water, gas and unlimited wifi paid.

The room is fully-furnished ready for you with walk-in closet, twin bed with mattress. (Just need to buy bed sheets and pillows)

One month security Deposit
6 months minimum stay
