Private 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Suite For $1274

Looking for a roommate to take over a suite in an apartment in Glendale starting 9/1. You get a private bedroom, private bathroom, and walk-in closet in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Utilities are usually $60 to $80 a month and it comes with a parking spot in an underground garage.
The apartment also includes onsite laundry, pool, hot tub, and gym. Super close to Brand Park, public library, and lots of restaurants.
We are three writers and actors working full-time in the entertainment industry. We're out of the house most of the time and mainly keep to ourselves, but we're looking for someone clean, friendly, and respectful, regardless of gender or career or anything else.
You'll be taking over a place on the lease, so you'll need to fill out an application and be approved. Must be making enough per month to meet the minimum required income when combined with our income. There is no required amount of time to be on the lease: you can leave at anytime with at least a month's notice. There is a $200 deposit that will be returned on move-out.
