Looking for a roommate to take over a private bedroom in an apartment in Glendale starting August 1st. The room is in a three bedroom/living room-as-bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Utilities are usually $60 to $80 a month and it comes with a parking spot in an underground garage. There is a pool, gym, and laundry room on-site.

The room can also come unfurnished or you can buy the furniture for a negotiable price.

We are three guys working in the film, television, and entertainment industry with full time jobs that are also working as writers, directors, and actors. We're out of the house most of the time and mainly keep to ourselves, but we're looking for someone clean, friendly, and respectful, regardless of gender or career or anything else. You'll be taking over a place on the lease, so you'll need to fill out an application and be approved. Must be making enough per month to meet the minimum required income when combined with our income. There is no required amount of time to be on the lease: you can leave at anytime with at least a month's notice. The deposit will be returned on move-out.
