Looking for Roomate - Spacious 2b2b Glendale

Hello all,
Looking for a roommate starting August 9th-15th. I have a room ready to rent out as a part of a 2b2b in Glendale (very nice area) starting august 9th (when I am moving in). Rent will be $1300 a month, check out the details below.
About Me: I am clean, friendly/outgoing, consistent in payments, respect personal space, and privacy, and do not smoke (I would like someone similar). I am a Christian composer/producer going to LA for a music internship/job opportunity. I love to hike/be active, cook, make good conversation, and play the occasional videogame.

Features: 2b2b, 1100 sqft, Private bathroom/bedroom suite, Garage Parking space, Full kitchen (except fridge which we will have to buy/rent), balcony, fireplace, AC/Heating, on-sight laundry. (I will supply plates, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils)

Rent: $1250 with a $1250 security deposit (+split of utilities and wifi)

Requirements: You must have a good credit score, reliable income of 2.5x rent (if under 25 you can co-sign with someone that has reliable income/credit score), and a clean job/housing/criminal record. No smoking.
