Glendale apartment (2 rooms, one big one small)

Apartment in Glendale within walking distance of all the stuff on Brand. Washer/dryer in unit, shared kitchen and living room. There are 2 balconies, but they're small. Apartment complex is mostly families with kids. Overall pretty quiet.

Must be cat friendly. I don't have a cat so much as foster them from time to time. If you have a cat, this could be the place for you! (there's a pet deposit of 250 USD)

There are two rooms:
The bigger room has its own bathroom and is rather large. Has its own balcony.
The smaller room shares a bathroom with the other smaller room.

There are two parking spaces under the building. I use one of them so there will only be one available. There is pretty decent street parking though.

Kitchen has a fridge, oven, and 4 burner stove. There's a dishwasher but I've never used it. (I wish my dishes by hand, so no idea if it works or not)

About me:
I don't drink or smoke. I'm a huge nerd that plays video games and D&D. (I occasionally host D&D at the apartment). I work in animation and do freelance writing. I also do seasonal work as a mosquito control technician, but the season ends this month so I'll be home a lot more.
