Amenities include a private oversized office desk space, private closet, Italian imported space efficient loft bed frames supporting 2 private memory foam guest beds, aside from your own, a private microwave, private compact refrigerator and freezer.. and the space includes a semi private guest bathroom with compact washer and dryer in unit for $1195 per month with a $400 security deposit. You also have the option to share the room with one roommate for $695 per month, per person. The space also comes with an optional private indoor garage parking space for an addition $55 per month. The entire apartment and bedrooms are fully furnished and professionally interior designed, 4-5 Star modern luxury hotel style and the apartment is filled with luxury amenities such as a 70 inch TV theatre system, wine cooler, furnished zen patio with a designer grill overlooking mountainous views, along with all kitchen appliance essentials, industrial stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is a penthouse level suite on the top floor, therefore we have very high ceilings in communal areas.

Sahara and I are Extremely CLEAN, organized, quiet, friendly and professional. We are of Christian faith however are are open to all faiths in a roommate and are LGBTQ friendly and are extremely respectful. Our other roommate Katlyn is moving out on May 30th, leaving the private space available to move in on June 1st! Sahara and I share the bedroom on the other side of the apartment..
