House is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to 10 freeway, near Valley Blvd & Garfield Ave. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Almansor Park is a 10 minute walk. I am an easy going person who enjoys reading and quiet time when not working. I currently work from home full time. I also like to engage in thoughtful conversation. Due to the Covid situation, social life is very low key. I have a sweet tempered Golden Doodle. One dog would be acceptable. Please no other animals. Alhambra requires a street parking permit, however, the property has a long driveway in which you may park your vehicle. Rent includes use of the kitchen (fridge, stove) and laundry appliances. Some storage space is available in the garage. Backyard has several fruit trees. Looking for a housemate that is also easy going with no drama. Also needs to have a stable employment history and can commit to a minimum 6 month lease.
