Room available in remodeled home

I have a private room available for rent immediately, suited for a student or young professional. The home is in the north-most part of Pomona (the north side of Foothill Blvd), situated between all the food and shopping in Claremont and La Verne.

The home is a mobile home in a well-kept and quiet park, and has recently been completely remodeled. It features vaulted ceilings, new dark-wood floors, large and open kitchen, brand new appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer), and fresh paint throughout. The living areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with all you need.

The room can comfortably fit a double or queen bed, and has a built-in closet space. The room shares a bathroom directly across the hall. The room is unfurnished, so you?ll need to provide your own bed.

You will be sharing the house with me and one other roommate. You have full use of the living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

There is no parking at the house, but street parking is available.

The house is close to all major amenities - grocery stores, coffee shops, cinemas, fast food, and banks, as well as major universities in the Inland Empire.

My name is Ben - I?m in my late twenties and originally from Australia. I work full time as a graphic designer and comms manager. In my free time, I?m a bit of a homebody, but enjoy going out for a drink with mates, going to the movies, or just spending time at home cooking for my friends.

I love to host people at home and have no problem if you do as well.

HOW TO APPLY
Send me a message and come visit the house! If you like what you see, we?ll organise to run your credit (a minimum credit score of 625 if required) and do a background check (this is park park policy, and costs $35).

Rent is due on the last day of the month, so you?ll pay your first month in advance, plus a partial month depending when you move in.
