This hilltop chalet with scenic views is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, on a dead-end street. I'm the owner of the house. I have my own master suite with bathroom and I rent two rooms with a shared bathroom (shower, sink and toilet.)
The available room is furnished, with a full bed, a desk and chair, a large chest of drawers and a closet, and shelves.
The use of the kitchen and dining/living room area is shared.
There's a large patio and parking spaces by the house.
I'm a teacher and a writer. I'm easy going and get along with people. I rent the other room through Airbnb and often host interesting travelers. I'm always open for a chat but I can also keep to myself and respect my guests privacy.
I'm looking for someone who's very tidy and clean and pays rent on time! No pets, no smoking, no perfumes or scented products.
Proof or income and full Covid 19 vaccination required.

The neighborhood is quite rural. There are two parks nearby (Ascott Hills and Debs Park) to walk or run. Downtown Los Angeles and Old Town Pasadena are 15 minutes away, with many places of interest, restaurants, cafés and museums. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's both within a 10/15 minute drive.
