Big Apartment Very Close To Beach

This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment, fully furnished, and kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies. There's two living room spaces, ping pong table in one, and lounge with 54' inch TV in the other.

It's a 15 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from the downtown area with plenty of bars restaurants to check out. Very convenient location for anyone looking to hit the beach or explore.

There's street parking and we also have garage with two parking spaces, as well as storage space if needed.

I live with two other room mates. They are very friendly guys, and have lots of great recommendations for things to do and see in LA. They'd be happy to show you around if you're new to the area. We like to keep the place clean and tidy, so we'd prefer someone who is organized and cleans up after themselves.

The bedroom is pretty big. Queen-sized bed and comes with a dresser as well as a computer desk and chair so you'll have a private workspace if needed. I'm going to be out of town for business for two months so I'm looking for a temporary tenant until I get back.

We're pretty open and flexible in terms of who we're willing to rent to. As long as you're clean, respectful, and friendly, you'll get along great with my other two room mates.
