The lease will be put in your name and ends 1 March 2021.

No references required. Easy online application. There is a small $25 application fee when you apply for the apartment through the leasing agency but that is all. Everything will be done professionally with no hassle. One month rent will be needed for refundable security deposit- past tenants have all had no problem receiving the full amount when moving out as the landlord is very nice and understanding. Utilities are only $80 per month.
