About us:
We just moved to RiverPark and recently lived in ArtsDistrict/DTLA Little Tokyo for 4 yrs. We're a warm and welcoming couple who enjoy nature & avid plant parents! We are happiest outdoors: hiking, camping, dancing, rooftop bars, snowboarding, fishing, off roading, hammocking/picnicking -- some fun things to name a few in our 2020 lineup. Britt works from home in the Real Estate Industry and Dax works at Kaiser West LA, In Patient Pharmacy. We have a darling maltipoo that is well trained and a service dog ~~ non-barker, loves to be your friend and keeps you company + a very friendly Holland Lop Bunny. We also have our brother living with us in the bottom suite, who's a creative artist and editor. We're a 420friendly home, avid conscious festival goers, love music & movie nights, active on the weekends and have VERY few visitors during this COVID pandemic. Dax and Britt enjoy bliss, serene moments together -- cooking up a bomb meal, enjoying wine or visiting with our friends & family. We rarely will bring the party home (maybe once a month) and are great communicators. VERY organized, tidy and clean -- we enjoy keeping the community space (kitchen/living room) SPOTLESS -- value a minimalist lifestyle with little clutter. We enjoy relaxing evenings and hope to find a tenant that will appreciate our vibe.
