Hello!

We have an immediate private room opening in our house for a short term stay tenant. We’re in a bit of a transitionary period in which the lease ends April 30 and everyone will be moving on to different homes. If you’re looking for a good deal on the west side in a house that has a pool, jacuzzi, waterfalls out front, washer and dryer inside, abundant storage and plenty of space to stretch out then we have a room for you. $900 pays for 4 weeks rent all in including utilities.

The bed pictured is available for use or can be removed as needed. Additional pictured furniture items can also be negotiated as part of the overall price as well if needed.

We’re 3 guys, mid 20s-mid 30’s. The room is available to men or women.
