About the Apartment
I have a one bedroom available in a newly renovated 2 bdrm/1bath in the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw Area. It’s a 937 sqft condo on the 2nd floor (no neighbors above). New stove, oven, dishwasher, abd hotwater heater. I’m moving in 8/6 and I’ll be furnishing the apartment and installing a washer/dryer in unit.
There is a garage in the back with one spot available and plenty of street parking.
About Me
I’m a 30-year old male working as a Solar Developer at Cypress Creek Renewables. I’ve lived in LA for 6 years, but originally from the DC Maryland area. I’m a pretty laidback, quiet, and considerate roommate. I like to keep things relatively clean but not obsessive. I’m a bit of a minimalist so you’re welcome to furnish/decorate the kitchen and living room anyway you’d like.
On the weekends, I’m usually out and about doing some activity with friends or traveling. When I’m at home I’m typically working, cooking, or just relaxing. I like to have friends over every now and then on some weekends. Weekdays for me are usually dedicated to just work and exercising.
