2) No overnight stopover guests and visitors.
3) Front and back doors must be locked for security.
4) Must clean up after yourself.
5) Use Washer/Dryer on weekends anytime and evenings after 7pm
6) Must be non-smoker, no illegal drugs, no alcohol, and no pets.
My rules seem to work well for all of us and hopefully for you too. In my ad, I don't allow visitors, friends, into the house, it may seem unfair however, when you as a renter coming home from work, no renter likes coming home to a house of strangers from another renter.
