Looking for a clean, reliable female roommate in her late 20?s to mid 30?s, who is easy-going, trustworthy, and has a positive mindset. Not looking for a partier or a loud person :)

You'll have the master bedroom with a huge private bathroom in a sunlit apartment. Facing South-East you'll see sunrises every morning! From your 5th floor bedroom window you'll also have a peak of Downtown LA. On top of that you'll have a huge closet where you can fit pretty much everything your heart desires. And you'll have your very own parking space! Hooray for that! Your bedroom is in somewhat of a nook so you'll have plenty of privacy.

I am pretty chill myself, female, I work in the entertainment industry. In my spare time I dance, do archery, and work on my own personal small business + I shoot projects with my creative film making friends.

The apartment is located adjacent to Echo Park, Koreatown and Downtown. It is on the top floor, which is the 5th floor, with lots of natural light, and you?ll have a view of DTLA, facing south-east. We?re a mile from the 101 which connects to the 5 and the 110, about 2.5 miles from the I-10, and about 2.5 miles from the 2 freeway. And 2 miles from DTLA. There?s a Smart and Final down the street, Ralphs and Vons half a mile away. Trader Joes is a short drive to Silverlake, same for Whole Foods 365. There?s laundry in the building, a gym, and a rooftop BBQ area. No TV or cable, but I have high speed internet.

I have a very sweet, small, dog that never barks, so you must love dogs.

The bedroom is available today (January 14th, 2020) as my previous roommate has already moved out.

$700 deposit
$1350 rent + utilities + $30 for a garage clicker (one time payment), unless you have your own.
