Master bedroom for rent -pet friendly!

Hi there! I'm looking for a 12 month renter, with option to renew. The apartment is 866 ft². You would have the master bedroom, with private attached master bathroom. The room is 10 ft x 18 ft (not including your attached bathroom and closets). You will have a shared living room and kitchen with full pantry and refrigerator included.

In the unit, shared amenities include: a dishwasher, garbage disposal, keurig, toaster oven, stove/oven, and microwave in the kitchen. On the property, amenities include a laundry room with pay-per-use machines, and a pool/hot tub that is currently closed due to covid 19 but will hopefully reopen soon!

There is a yard and the building is pet friendly. Pets are required to be housebroken and non destructive, no exceptions. All animal types are welcome. There is no extra fee for your pet.

Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom have tile and the living room has laminate flooring. The master bedroom has double sliding closet doors and a large 5 section linen closet/ cabinet to maximize your storage space. It's very spacious!

I am currently a live-in landlord and my roommate is moving out to live with family. I need someone to take over her master bedroom. I will be your roommate. Renters with children and small families are welcome. Outdoor ring camera system has been installed to monitor the exterior and entrance of the property for additional security!
