Hey everyone! Looking for a MALE roommate for our 4 person house in Burbank. Rent is $1100 a month and we split the internet and utilities. We all share the kitchen and communal spaces. You would have the biggest room in the house, the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom.
The house has a large backyard, clean friendly neighborhood, the NICEST landlords, Air conditioning, lots of street parking, large driveway, a washer and dryer, lots of room for storage, and walking distance to Target and the empire shopping center.
About us. We're both men in our late 20s/early 30s. I'm an actor and my roommate is a DJ and music producer. We're both very friendly, chill, clean and responsible. We gladly welcome other industry professionals and or people in similar fields. Things we look for in an ideal roommate.
