ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
Newly-leased 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment, with parking in Los Angeles near Olympic and Robertson. Upstairs unit, approx 1300 sq. ft. Total rent is $2,595 per month, so your half is $1,297.50 plus $1,297.50 deposit. You'll need to apply and be approved by the landlords, at which point they'll draw up a new 1-year lease under both of our names.

Hey - I'm 22-years-old and work as a server at Flemings Steakhouse and attend college. I'm a somewhat private person who values trust and respect above most things. I’m looking for a similar-minded individual who is looking to maintain a chill, clean living space.
