Available in December: Single room (11.7 x 11.7) in a 3-bedroom apartment available for 9-month sublease. Possibly extended if all goes well.

Apartment is shared with 2 roommates (one male, one female, early 30s). The bathroom is shared with one roommate.

Available with or without bed.

Utilities + internet + shared streaming services come to around $35 most months.

$567 deposit on move-in.

Covered parking space in garage included.

Spacious apartment in quiet Westside neighborhood, great location near Wilshire, Robertson, and Olympic, close to everything. Parks, 7/11, Beverly Center and the Grove, LACMA, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, and 10 exit all close by, walking distance to nice coffee shops and liquor store.

Laundry (quarter-operated) located in the building. Apartment has a balcony which we keep a barbecue on, especially for summer. Good spot to read, relax, and unwind. Very respectful, friendly, and quiet neighbors.

We're two early-30s somethings (one of us is a film/music interviewer and the other works in the music industry). We're both easygoing and get on very well, not huge partiers and mostly keep to ourselves, but we enjoy hanging out together, whether grilling on the balcony, having a drink or two, or surfing. One of us works from home but travels often.
