- Apr+: $1,750+ / month (see below)

Security deposit would be determined by what rent structure you decide:

- $ 1,850/monthly | $ 1,850 deposit
- $ 2,000/monthly | $ 1,000 deposit
- $ 2,100/monthly | $ 500 deposit
