Bedroom available in a beautiful 2 bed and 1 bath in the heart of Belmont shore.

The home is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware.

Washer and dryer are provided.

No Central AC but there is a central Heater.

Utilities are going to be primarily covered by the current tenant and any additional costs will be negotiated with the new tenant.

There is a shared Living space with a dining table, couch, coffee table, and chairs

The backyard has a garden for vegetables and herbs. Current Roommate enjoys growing Peppers for homemade hotsauce and salsa.

If you would like to grow anything in the backyard, you are welcome to do so.

Current roommate enjoys to live in a clean environment and is flexible with the living needs of the new roommate. If there are any accommodations needed to be made, please express them and we will find a system that works well for both occupants.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets for allergy reasons.

If you enjoy music, we have a space for music producing downstairs.

Current tenant is a musician, a gardener, and a businessman. Enjoys to spend time working on his business endeavors and passionate about organic gardening.

This house is home to some very entrepreneurial minded roommates and we hope to find others who enjoy the hustle too. (Downstairs are two more neighbors/housemates)
