Female Roommate Wanted- Apt 2 blocks from beach

Apartment:
I am looking for a female roommate to share my current two bedroom, one bathroom apartment available March 2019. The rent is $1,000 a month per person and includes water, but not the other utilities such as trash, cable/internet and electrical. This is a second-story apartment with a private stairway. There is a nice, big living room, numerous large closets, front and back balcony, washer/ dryer in apartment and a dishwasher. Parking is street parking, but tends to not be an issue.

Location:
The apartment is located in the Historical Bluff Heights district: a small, upscale, very safe neighborhood with lots of boutique stores, restaurants (The Attic, La Parolaccia) and coffee shops (The Library, Deja Brew) all just a stroll down the street. Also we are just two blocks from the beach and the bike path, less than a mile from Second Street (Belmont Shore), two miles from downtown Long Beach and three miles from Cal State Long Beach. Also we are near Bixby Park, which offers free yoga on the bluffs and a weekly farmers market. The bus line is on our street and the metro is two miles down the street.

Roommate Qualifications:
I am looking only for a female in her 20s/early 30s who is a working professional or a student. This is not a party house (no drugs, no smoking). Animals are not permitted. I am looking for at least a one-year commitment.

About me:
I am a female in my 20's and have lived in Long Beach for five years now and I absolutely love this apartment. You really can't beat living two blocks from the beach. I love baking, working out, traveling, planning events, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and at HillsongLA.
