I’m looking for a roommate here in Long Beach. The lease starts August 1st and is for one year.

Panoramic views of DTLA, Long Beach, and the ocean

$1800 + ~$60 a month for internet and electric
$1800 deposit due on move in

The apartment is completely furnished. You also have the option to purchase the current tenant’s furniture. Please have good credit and proof of income.

A bit about me. I’m 29 years old. I work in the construction industry as a safety manager. I’m a pilot and photographer in my spare time.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet and clean. I work early in the mornings so I’m in bed early as well. I currently live with a female roommate so I have no preference to gender.
