There is a loft with vaulted ceilings upstairs that can be used as a quiet, study/work space. The community amenities include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and barbecue pits. The townhouse is across the street from the APU gold line metro station and a 5 min walk away from the APU campus.
