Room in Atwater Village

I am a pediatric resident, looking for a new roommate to live with me and my dog Lily. Looking for students or professionals who need a peaceful place to call home, but that are welcome to have drinks with friends around our little backyard bonfire or indoor fireplace. 2 bedrooms with a spacious shared bathroom available. We have washer/dryer, central AC/heat and a little yard. Lot's of indoor storage. We pay electric and internet <$50/month on average. Street parking, but always plenty available.

The neighborhood is very safe, family friendly, 2 blocks from restaurants, has a weekly farmer's market, 1.5 miles to Griffith park, river running trail, easy freeway access, and still quiet.

Great privacy. Good relationship with Landlord who is easily available for repairs.

Couples considered if you'd like to share 1 room and have the other as an office/gym. We could negotiate price alterations if the extra room is shared space or just pay the full rent for both rooms if you both would like to keep the extra room for you two only.

Pets considered! But no cats please.

Can be available June 1st. Need tenants by July 1st. So move in anytime in June and rent would be pro-rated.
