ABOUT PROSPECTIVE TENANT:
* Looking for 1 responsible person who must work FULL TIME, DAY SHIFT/OUTSIDE HOME
(For 2nd person, pls add $100/month. Maximum 2 persons only)
* NO drugs, partying, loud music, pet, smoking, frequent/overnight guest.
* Must be quiet, clean, considerate, drama free, light cooker, and pay rent on time.
* Require 1 month security deposit and job verification to move in
* Month to month lease...but would prefer a long term lease

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
*We take our social life out. This is a clean, safe, peaceful environment...We love it.
*Newly remodeled guesthouse with a bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom, and 2 skylights
*We provide an induction stove, a microwave, etc in the kitchenette.
*Include all utility bills, wifi, 1 safe off street parking
