Room for rent in Arcadia Condo!

Hello,

We are a couple looking for a roommate to share a Condo (1396 sq ft) with two master
suites. We are in our mid 20's, we are Caltech/JPL employees, and we also attend university full time. We are busy, clean, quiet, and considerate - and so we are looking for a roommate who also has these qualities. Also, we have a small (less than 5 lb) dog, so you must be comfortable with pets.

The property is located in a desirable and convenient area, near Westfield Santa Anita Mall, Santa Anita Park, The Arboretum, H Mart, 99 Ranch, Huntington Library, Caltech, and
PCC.

Each master suite has its own full bathroom. The available suite is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is. The shared living room is very spacious with a TV, dining set, couch, and more. The remodeled modern kitchen is also very spacious and has a lot of cabinet space. It has Central AC and a shared washer and dryer in the unit.

The common areas outside the condo are very well maintained.
It's a very safe area and just a short walk to the nearby park and Santa Anita Mall.

The rent is $1300, not including utilities.
