- Students and/or professionals are welcome. Single occupancy only.
- Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and mindful of sharing a space ie. their "foot print" in the house. Non-smoker.
- No overnight guests, few exceptions.

Rent Agreement &; Utilities
- Rent is $800
- Includes utilities [unless you love AC/Heat more than we do, you pay diff. of average]. WiFi entire house.
- Month to month.
- Room is available for move-in September 1st. one month deposit is required with first months rent

-This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in a very quiet neighborhood
-Pool, Jacuzzi, deck and BBQ
-Washer/dryer
-EV (electric vehicle) charge outlet

Room
- Furnished: Queen-sized bed, dresser, closet
- Overhead fan/lights
- Large shared bathroom (we have a second small bathroom so you'll have privacy when you need it)

Household & Parking
- Shared kitchen with refrigerator/microwave/oven & stove dining room & living room.
- Storage available for additional fee.
- Car parking on the street or driveway. Overnight OK and free parking on the Streets!

About Us:
- We are a family with 2 busy professionals and 2 young kids Our kids are well-disciplined and very fun but of course it can be noisy here at times.
