Bedroom And Private Bathroom, Large Closet

Hello, we will have a medium bedroom with large closet and bathroom in an apartment in Alhambra, CA on December 31st, 2021. 3rd floor, has elevator and pool. Apartment complex is gated. Parking spot in garage included, our apartment has private washer and dryer but on-site facilities are available too. Water is included in rent. Renter is responsible for one third of electricity/gas/internet but bills stay pretty low, around $70-$100 per person per month in the winter, and about $100-$160 a month per person in the summer. First month and security deposit ($925+$925 = $1850) up front. Caged pets (no birds) will be considered, but only in your private bedroom. We have a hairless cat that stays in our bedroom and a cage of two guinea pigs in the living room, all of which are well taken care of, clean and very friendly. No additional cats or dogs. Living room is furnished so there won't be space for more than bedroom furniture, but we can try to make room for some small things. Renter is always allowed access to all shared rooms but must clean up after themselves. Apartment is friendly. No parties, loud music or large gatherings, but friends/family are welcomed for hanging out/visiting etc. Any furniture in the photos is NOT included, room is unfurnished. We are a quiet and clean, easy going couple looking for a roommate of similar qualities! We like Halloween decorations and alternative style, our apartment has a lot of interesting decor.
