This room is perfect for a student who will be attending summer school at CSULA. Move-in as early as May 1, 2017
- $700 per month for your own bedroom in a 3-bed/1-bath house. You will be living with two other individuals whom are very friendly and considerate.
-Free Wi-Fi, patio/backyard/kitchen/laundry access, walking distance to a lot of different restaurants
(willing to provide a twin bed, desk/chair upon request)
Requirements:
-Can provide proof of income, no credit check required.
-Refundable deposit $300.00 upon leaving room in clean condition. One person ONLY! No pets/smoking/guests.
-Quick note about me, I'm in my late 20's. Just finished graduate school and work full time. I'm typically busy during the week and am out pretty late. I like to keep the house clean, quiet and would be hopeful you can too.
*I have 2 pets (dog & cat) who are rarely indoors.
