Small room in Junipero Beach, LONG BEACH

Hello, my 3 female roommates and I are looking for another female roommate to add to our apartment. We have an area in our living room that we have separated into a nice cozy isolated private room. This area comes with a shared bathroom (shared with just one other person). We are right in front of the bluffs. We are a two minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, close to the Pike and Shoreline and also close to Belmont Shore/Second street. We are students/ professionals. We do like to hang out when our schedules align, but we like to give each other space and privacy as well. We are always down for brunch on the weekends 🙂
The room is $600 rent and utilities are just the electricity bill. Which varies from month to month. (Electricity bill is split evenly into 4 parts.) We are on a lease that renews in August. So please be prepared to stay for at least one year.
